2017年一级建造师《建筑工程》备考方法，你掌握了吗

台风“莎莉嘉”前脚才走，“海马”又来了，不知道较近的坏天气有没有影响到大家的心情。什么?自从准备参加一建考试，心情一直不好?怪我喽，那是你学习方法没掌握好吧!       相信很大一部分考生参加一建考试都是下了很大的决心，有的甚至为此奉献了好几年的光阴，其实有时候并不是你智商不够，而是没有掌握好的学习方法。对于考试，考察的重点是基础。请扪心自问，你有没有让自己停下来回顾一下对于做过的每道题的内容和技巧是不是都烂熟于心呢?孔子说温故而知新其实就是这个道理。        所以我们有必要熟能生巧，当然除了背书做题看答案，我们还要学会好的学习方法。以市政为例，市政实务的通过率较低，主要原因有两方面：一方面市政实务涉及的附属工程较多，知识点杂乱，难于记忆;另一方面，建造师考试中市政实务对于现场知识的考查越来越多，每年都会有超纲题目，要求考生在学习教材的同时还要进行现场知识的扩充。在环球网校的课程中，老师会带领大家从教材基本内容入手逐步掌握考点，补充现场施工内容，从而有阶段性的提升。今年一建市政实务考试考察的知识点难度算是中等，但是如果对于教材内容不够熟悉，只在考前背重点，那么恭喜你，今年炮灰你值的担当。 无论是新考生还是老炮灰，往往很多人纠结不知道如何坚持复习下去，因此关于学习方法给大家提出三点要求： 一、制定合理的学习计划，四门课程中，实务的学习时间一定要多于公共科目，时间可以具体分配到每天，然后跟着网校的课程进行阶段性的复习。 二、做好计划后，我们在学习时首先要形成一个系统的框架，具体的方法有：“总结回忆”、 “简化知识体系”等，对所学内容进行知识梳理和融合，学会灵活运用。 三、学完教材后，要分章节做练习题，然后做成套的真题，做题时要认真分析，找出隐藏的知识点和陷阱，对于薄弱环节，要有针对的“专题训练”。 坚持学习的生活很残酷，但也很美丽。学习累了就休息，调整好心态后就继续学习，总之，用期待的心态去开始新一轮的复习，不忘初心，方得始终!
