2016年人力资源管理师培训与开发复习

1、培训的学习理论(<a href="http://eduol.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">环球网校</a>人力资源管理师频道为您提供培训与开发知识) 条件反射理论：也称经典性条件反射理论，俄国生理学家巴甫洛夫提出，学习在两种刺激之间建立联系的过程。 强化理论：也称操作性条件反射理论，由行为主义代表人物斯金钠创立并发展，它认为学习是在反应与奖赏(或惩罚)之间建立联系的过程。 社会学习理论：班杜拉认为，学习不一定是联结的结果，个体可以通过观察、模仿别人的行为进行学习。70年代“行为塑造技术”就是以此为理论基础的。克瓦特指出，社会学习理论与其他学习理论的较大区别是，它首先改变的是人的行为，通过行为的改变而导致态度的改变，传统的学习理论恰恰相反，他们首先改变的是人的态度，通过态度的变化促进行为的改变。 目标设定理论：源于美国管理心理学家德鲁克创立的目标管理法。目标的特征：目标要具体;员工应参与目标的设置;目标完成过程中应有反馈;员工之间要为实现目标而相互竞争;目标要有一定的难度同时也必须是可接受的。 培训迁移及其测定：指个体在工作实践中对培训中所学的知识和技能的应用程度。培训迁移的研究不仅要关注学员在训练中是否掌握了学习内容，更要关注如何将习得行为更好地应用于实际，且在一段时间后保持下来。一般认为，培训设计、受训者特征和工作环境是影响培训迁移的三个较主要因素。自我效能低的学员即使掌握了培训中所教的知识和技能，也不能有效地应用他们;成就动机也会影响受训者的培训迁移效果。支持性组织气氛是影响培训迁移的主要因素之一，其中又以反馈、同事支持、时间支持为主要的影响因素。 2、培训的基本过程：包括培训需求分析、课程设计、培训实施过程，较后对培训的效果进行评估。 3、对组织人力资源现状的评价与分析(环球网校人力资源管理师频道为您提供培训与开发知识) 1)考察组织目前的人力资源现状及未来所要求的人力资源供应。 2)考察组织能够获得的人力资源供应及其对人力资源的培训与发展需求。 3)评价与分析组织人力资源现状的常用指标。
