安徽马鞍山2016年执业药师考试注意事项及考场规则

法律告知 1.对于使用假身份证件的，按有关法律规定处理。 注意事项 1.根据人力资源社会保障部《关于加强专业技术人员资格考试安全工作的通知》(人社部发〔2016〕64号)规定精神，各科目考试封闭2个小时后方可离场。开考5分钟后一律禁止入场(考点)。 2.考生在作答前要认真阅读应试人员注意事项(试卷封二)和作答须知(答题卡首页)，并在答题卡指定位置正确填涂试卷代码,使用规定的作答工具，在指定区域内作答。试卷代码未填涂或填涂有误影响考试成绩，由考生本人负责。 3.考生须携带黑色字迹墨水笔、2B铅笔、橡皮、无声无文本编辑功能的计算器参加考试。 4.考生凭准考证和有效身份证件(限有效期内的居民身份证、军人身份证件、护照)方可进入考场，考试当天身份证件过期的，请考生于考前及时办理《临时身份证》。严禁将通讯工具带入考场座位。 5.考生如对以上报考信息有疑义，请按属地原则在考前与当地人事考试机构联系咨询。 6.成绩查询网址：http://www.apta.gov.cn。
